Internal Ticket and User Notes are invaluable when helping repeat support users.
You and your support team can leave internal notes and append them to a specific ticket or a specific user. These notes can be accessed from the Ticket Management screen and/or the single ticket page. Clicking on the “Notes” link will display the notes pop-up where you can select to leave a ticket or a user level note. There is an option on this screen to append the note to both the ticket and the user.
The ability to leave internal notes can help support teams communicate and to collectively provide support in a more seamless fashion.
