Manage all of your support tickets just as you would your posts/pages with Support Dynamo’s Ticket Management screen. From this screen you can view all of your “Open”, “Answered”, “Closed”, all and even “Draft” and “Trashed” tickets all by using the “Quick Links” you commonly find inside WordPress.
You can also filter down to tickets received on a particular date or by an individual ticket topic to quickly find the support tickets you’re looking for. You’ll also find the “Ticket Display” which shows the date a ticket was created, the ticket title, ticket topic, author, number of replies, last reply date & time and the ticket status (open, closed or answered), giving you a quick overview of your ticket center.
As an added feature, when you hover your mouse over a ticket row you’ll see the usual quick links for “Edit” and “Trash” as well as “Reply” (which will take you to the full ticket in the Customer Support Portal), the “Quick View” feature and finally you have a link that gives you access to the “Ticket/User Notes”. All these are added to make browsing and working with your support tickets as easy as possible.
