If you ever need to reply to a ticket and add an attachment, Support Dynamo made this super easy!
Tapping in to the WordPress Media Library and using the WordPress file upload, you can quickly and easily upload files and attach them to your ticket replies in the form of a link auto inserted on the bottom of the reply.
The “Upload Attachment link” is automatically inserted at the bottom of your comment reply box. It doesn’t matter what them you’re using, the link will always be under the “Comment Reply” text box.
Now your customers/visitors can attach files from the front end user support portal and also receive incoming email attachments for tickets by email.
