The Role Manager is great for people who run multi-departmental organizations and want all of the support to run from a single location. The Support Dynamo Role Manage is when you only want to allow certain people to view certain Custom Support Topics. This is solved by creating roles to only allow your support team to view certain topics. Who can edit and maintain the Knowledge Management System can be granted through the Role Management screen as well.
By default, when you activate Support Dynamo, it gives the Admin access to everything so you don’t have to worry about editing roles before you start using Support Dynamo.
