With the “Quick View/Reply” feature your support team never has to leave your WordPress admin area to view and reply to tickets. Simply click on the “Quick View” link on a post to instantly display the entire ticket and author information there on the Ticket Management screen. The “Quick View” window is split in to 2 sections, the left side has all the author information and Customer Interaction Manager features, such as the User DataCard and Customer Value Calculator. The right side has the ticket log, starting with the original message followed by all replies in the order they were posted.
