With Support Dynamo you’re in control over how and to whom you provide support. In the settings section of the Plugin, you can decide if you want to only allow registered users (Private) to submit support tickets or have it open to anyone and everyone.
Only allowing previously registered users (keeping it Private) is great for sites that operate based on a private membership model, or for people who only want to support existing customers and allow pre-sales questions to go elsewhere.
Or, you can leave it open to everyone and anyone. Any un-registered users or non-customers can create new tickets through the Customer Support Portal or by emailing in their ticket using the Tickets By Email function.
