With Support Dynamo you can enable a small Bug Report tab that stays in the bottom right hand corner of your site. This small tab asks your site visitors to alert you to errors and bugs that might have come up on your site with the latest WordPress release or went undiscovered in recent changes you might have made to your site.
When clicked, the tab launches a pop-up page “Bug Report” form. Integrating the “Bug Reports” with the support system allows your visitors to help fix those small bugs or report any issues they are having with your site. These tickets included added information such as browser, browser version, visitor OS (operating system) and location to help you get the information you need to re-create and hunt down and kill these site bugs.
“Bug Reports” show up as any other support ticket and can be found on the Ticket Management screen but can be identified by a little bug icon next to the topic.
This feature is great for people who have just launched a new site and want a seamless way of tracking down small post launch bugs to get them fixed quickly.
